TECHNICAL DETAILS

Chamber System
  • The sterilization chamber is a horizontal, rectangular, double-walled welded construction completely of chrome-nickle-molybdenum steel. A double-jacket of CrNi-steel is drawn over the entire chamber surface. The consistent double-walled construction and a highly efficient heat insulation guarantee consistent pre-heating with little loss.
  • Designed acc. to the Technical Regulations for Steam Vessels the chamber is approved for a maximum working overpressure of 3 bar.
  • The chamber is tested and approved by TÜV per Pressure Vessel Regulations.
Door System
  • Vertically opening, pneumatic, sliding door.
  • Hermetically sealed chamber and doors via high-grade silicone-seal in milled door groove.
Vacuum Device
  • Water jet vacuum pump with low-noise pressure pump, integrated as standard.
  • Minimal water consumption due to integrated operating water circulation tank with thermostatically, requirement regulated, cold water supply.
  • Water supply acc. to DIN 1988 and DVGW, disconnected from drinking water.
  • Option for maximum cold water supply via connection of pump to an on-site coolant water circuit.
Pipe System
  • All steam-bearing pipelines and screw joints made of stainless steel, high-grade insulation.
  • Steam supply via standard integrated steam generator.
  • Optional: supply with external steam (on-site steam) via switching device in sterilizer.
Measurement and Control
  • High-performance and adaptable PLC-control Siemens SIMATIC.
  • Two independently working measuring systems for processing all processrelevant data, separated into control and registration (monitoring, documentation resp.).
  • PID-steam pressure regulation for secure compliance with the regulation parameters and tolerances required by DIN EN 285.
  • Built-in barometric compensated absolute pressure transducer for registration of the pressure progression in the chamber, independent from the atmospheric pressure, thus precise regulation for compliance with the sterilization temperature band of -0°C to +3°C at a norm band-width of max. ±0,5°C
  • Serial interface RS232 for PC-connection and data transfer.
  • Menu-driven control of the sterilizer via graphic Touch-Screen panel with background-lit LCD-display offering program selection, program start and information on program course and possible failures.
Documentation
  • Built-in process data printer for measuring, display and registration of process specific data.
  • A pressure and temperature line recorder is available as an option.
  • Other possible options:
Batch documentation via barcode registration system for registration, marking and management of sterilization material and further processing of the data for sterilzation control, offering a traceabiliy of instruments.
PRICING
  • Dependant on equipment, design and installed options.
